Humanities Washington

Humanities Washington which was formerly known as Washington Commission for the Humanities, is a dedicate service that provides humanities programs that nurture creativity, promote dialogue, and spark critical thinking. Humanities Washington was founded in 1973, as a non-profit organization and public foundation affiliated with the National Endowment for the Humanities (NEH). They are funded through private contributions which are, in turn, matched by a grant from the NEH
