--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

there is a lot of information about diet and gender selection:

on a very basic level, it is though that the females diet which is high in calcium and magnesium/ milk, cheese, cereals, beans in the month before trying may favor a baby girl.

if the females diet is high in sodium and potasium/ vegetables, meats, fish, and bananas in the month before trying may favor a baby boy.

many believe and it is my opinion also, that dietary factors play a less significant role in gender selection.

best to eat a healthy diet while trying to get pregnant, will help you get pregnant faster and its good for mama and baby.
