i only have one falopian tube. i had
an ecoptic pregnancy that ruptured. what are my chances of
conceiving again? are my chances reduced to every other month?

if your tube was removed during surgery, your chance of becoming pregnant again is reduced by half, and your chance of having another ectopic is increased somewhat.

if you are unable to get pregnant at all, there are fertility options that can be discussed with your ob/gyn

your other ovary will pick up the slack and ovulate twice as much, so you will still ovulate each month, just from the same ovary instead of opposite sides each month.

the reduction in fertility is not necessarily related to the absence of the tube, and some feel that fertility is not reduced at all.
