--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Hi dr. moore,

Today is Friday and I was wondering if you had a chance to check my charts? My last period came on day 27 of my cycle(Feb. 8th) and I ovulated on day 13 of that cycle (my chart this month was not finished when I mailed it). Day 9 of my new cycle will be this coming Wednesday (Feb. 16th).My husband will be away just on day 8 (Tues.) Last month I ovulated on day 14-so as you can see it can vary each month. Please let me know what you think and If I can speak with you via phone, even better. As stated before, I am apprehensive about the douching part because I never have and I’ve read it can mess your cm up inside? Is this an absolute integral part of the whole sex selection ( in my case to get a girl)?

Please reply and thank you,

angelina

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

you appear to be very regular based on your charting, that is good for timing purposes, as regards to your ovulation date.

in response to your question about the importance of vinegar and water douche for altering the vaginal ph environment in natural gender selection--you can leave it out if you do not feel comfortable doing it. the x sperm live quite a bit longer than the y sperm and because you are trying for a girl, and because you are very regular, it would be less of an issue for you. the details are reviewed in our book "Baby Girl or Baby Boy--Choose the Sex of Your Child"
